Summer of 2019 we took our first group of volunteers to Kenya. It was an amazing experience for our volunteers as they experienced the Kenyan culture while serving impoverished communities. Our volunteers:
- Brought donated items to medical clinics & schools
- Performed fluoride treatments
- Laid bricks on the second floor at our Awasi school
- Enjoyed an African safari
Each trip is unique and tailored to the needs of our projects at that time. Our trips typically include hands-on construction at our Awasi school site, caring for patients in local medical clinics, visiting schools to bring donated school supplies, toys & perform fluoride treatments, visiting cultural sites and ending with a 2 day safari adventure.
