Erin Riegle
President & Founder
Erin received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Walsh University. She worked as an ICU nurse for 10 years, 7 of those years were as a travel nurse, as she moved around the country to work at hospitals in need. She currently works as an Emergency Room nurse in her hometown. Erin founded Linc Worldwide with her cousin after they spent several weeks serving the poor and suffering in Kenya. In her free time Erin enjoys being outside, gardening, and spending time with her husband and family.

Paul Marshall
Board Member
Paul is the Vice President of Operations at Onex Construction, Inc. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Cost Accounting and Business Finance. He has been in the engineering and construction business for over thirty years and has served on numerous sub-committees including the Construction Employers Association of Cleveland and the Diocese of Cleveland – CYO.

Rob Wentz
Board Member
Rob graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management & Marketing. He and his wife, Sandra, have owned two separate small businesses over the past 15 years. First was Sporting Goods Sale Agency, selling brands like Columbia Sportswear, Merrell, and various other smaller outdoor/sporting goods brands. In his current business he is a Small Business Strategist and Certified Business Coach. Him and his wife help business owners grow their business through strategic planning and implementing the proper actions. He has also been the Green Hat (TV Timeout Coordinator) for the NFL for 22 seasons. He currently resides in Copley, OH with his wife and two daughters, Samantha and Madison. He enjoys watching both girls play collegiate volleyball.

Jim Bokar
Board Member & Treasurer
Jim has an accomplished business career with nearly half as an agent of change. His practice, Tandem Business Process Design, specializes in business process improvement and systems. Jim graduated from Kent State University with majors in Computer Science and Accounting. He obtained his CPA at Ernst & Young and later advanced through financial management positions of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, gaining valuable experience in accounting, finance, investment, treasury, and risk management. Jim lives (and bikes) in northeast Ohio with his wonderful wife of 42 years.

As a CORE Volunteer you are part of our ongoing team, dedicating at least 2 hours a week to carry out our day-to-day activities.
LINC Ambassadors
LINC Ambassadors are extremely important for the success of our mission. LINC Ambassadors are interested in volunteering but are unable to commit to 2 hours a week consistently. This position is great for individuals who can dedicate time on an intermittent basis – such as helping on the day of our fundraiser events, dedicating short term assistance on one of our projects, or promoting our work through their social media and personal network.
It takes a diverse group of individuals, with various skills and backgrounds, to achieve our goals. We welcome all who are passionate about our mission and making a difference.
